Most of our handmade items are made to order and dispatched within 3-5 working days.

During busy periods (like Christmas, event weekends, or large market orders), processing may take up to 7-10 working days.

Once shipped, delivery using takes:

Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days

Express Delivery: 1-2 working days

You'll receive an email confirmation and tracking details when your parcel is on its way.

Almost everything you'll find at Rt Creations is handmade in Kent by Rachel - the creative heart behind our three brands:

A few select items (like Magical Character Ears and greeting cards) are specially sourced to compliment our handmade collections - but all are chosen with love and quality in mind.

Yes! Many of our items can be customised with names, colours or design choices. Please check the product description for personalisation options and include all details at checkout.

We recommend double-checking spelling and customisation before placing your order, as personalised items can't be changed once production begins

All payments are processed securely and encrypted to protect your information.

At the moment, we ship within the UK only, using Royal Mail or Evri tracked services.

If you're not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 28 days.

Unfortunately, personalised or custom made items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
