At RT Creations, every order is packed with care and attention- whether it's a handmade hair bow, a dog treat jar, or a custom tumbler. We aim to get your order ready and posted as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

​

Most orders are handmade and dispatched with 3-5 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas or event season, dispatch may take a little longer - we'll always keep you updated if there's a delay.

Delivery Options (UK)

Standard Delivery - £3.75

Tracked Royal Mail or Evri delivery, arriving 2-4 working days after dispatch. You'll receive an email confirmation once your parcel is on its way.

Express delivery - £5.95

Need it faster? Choose express delivery at the checkout for 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Packaging

​

All items are carefully packed and wherever possible we use recyclable or reusable packaging, while keeping your products safe in transit.

We hope you love your order from RT Creations, but if there's a problem we'll do our best to help.

Returns

​

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at rtcreations25@hotmail.com. Items must be in unused and returned in their original condition and packaging within 28 days. Once received a refund or exchange will be issued (excluding postage).

Non-refundable items

​

Because many of our products are personalised or handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns on these unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

​

If your item arrived damaged or you've received the wrong product, please email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it quickly.

Refunds

​

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.
