STORE POLICY

At RT Creations, every order is made and packed with love. We're a small, family-run creative business based in Kent, home to Nala's Delights, Tumbling Jack's and Princess Evie's Bowtique - three brands built from passion, personality and a love for handmade design.

We take pride in creating products and providing a friendly, reliable service to every customer. Please take a moment to read through our store policies before placing your order.

Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through

  • Credit and Debit Cards

  • Paypal

  • Wix Payments

All Payments are processed safely and encrytpted to protect your details. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.​

Processing Time

Most items are handmade to order, meaning they're created especially for you once your purchase is placed.

  • Standard processing times 3-5 working days before dispatch.

  • During busy periods (such as Christmas, school events)this may be extended to 7-10 working days

  • Pre-made or non-handmade items (such as Magical Character Ears) are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days

If you need an order by a specific date, please message before ordering - we'll always do our best to accommodate your timeline. 

Personalised & Custom Orders

We love creating bespoke pieces! If you're ordering an item that includes personalisation (such as a name, colour choice, or design variation) please check all spelling and details carefully before confirming your order.

Once a personalised item enters production we unfortunately can not make further changes or offer cancellations. Please ensure you include all requested details when ordering to avoid delays.

If you'd like something completely custom or can't see exactly what you want listed, email us - we're always happy to discuss ideas.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet started.

After this period, cancellations can't be guaranteed, as many of our products are handmade to order and may already be in production.

To request a cancellation, please contact RTCreations25@hotmail.com with your order number.

Payment Methods

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect information necessary to process and deliver your order - such as your name, address and contact details. This information is securely stored and never shared, sold or used for marketing without your consent.

All payments are processed securely through trusted providers (Wix, Payments and PayPal) so your financial details are never shared with us directly. 

Customer Care

We want every customer to feel valued and happy with their purchase.

If something isn't quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order - whether it's an issue with personalisation, damage in transit, or simple question. We aim to respond within 24-28 hours and always do our best to resolve things quickly and fairly.
